🌟 Wow, what an inspiring celebration of Employee Appreciation Week at Facility Solutions Group! Listening to Michael Taylor and Chris Wills, PMP® share their gratitude and vision really highlights the magic behind FSG's success - - Its people. 💪 It's so good to see a company not just recognize... but deeply value the hard work, dedication, and spirit of their team. From my corner in the signage industry, I've always believed that the strength of a team is found in more than just in the skills and talents of its members but in their shared commitment to excellence and growth. 🚀 It may be "Employee Appreciation Week"... But I've seen the way FSG celebrates its team throughout the year, not just during appreciation week... And that speaks volumes about its culture and leadership. My favorite thing to hear was how they are more than a team; They're a family. Finding the right fit for companies means looking beyond skills to find individuals who will contribute to such a nurturing and dynamic environment. 🌱 Hats Off to FSG for setting such an excellent example in the industry! Here's to continued growth, unparalleled customer service, and the amazing team that makes it all happen. Can't wait to see where this journey takes you all next! 🎉 #EmployeeAppreciation #Teamwork #SignageIndustry" P.S. Share your support and appreciation moments in the comments 👇🏼

📢 Calling for your experience and creative juice! We know that when employees feel appreciated, there is an 84% decrease they will experience burnout. Last week was employee appreciation day. It's the opportunity to thank employees for their hard work and contribution to the company. It's great, but I strongly believe every day should be an employee appreciation day. All year long, they/we/I want to feel valued, that the work done makes a difference to an individual, and brings something towards the success of the business. In my company, we invested in a module on the HRIS so everyone can log in a Recognition for anyone. We encourage people to share a special and meaningful message with their colleagues to express their appreciation. We remind leaders and managers to do the same within their teams. It works well, in March we usually see a peek at recognitions raised on the system. Dear IC pro, and all colleagues passionate about positive company culture: what tactics have you got in place to keep the momentum going all year long? Share your ideas! 👇
