#futureofwork The term that I first heard in 2015. As a seasoned management consultant, I then engaged in a series of industry white papers, research and building technologies to determine and cater to the future of work, across the globe. The litmus test for my passion and hunger to not just be a part of the future, but rather shape it, was the decision to leave my high flyer consulting career and start up an AI venture in Future of Work space. And I decided to take the plunge with Eubrics. 3 years, fast forward, here we are- Working with 3 largest conglomerates of the country, 15+ Fortune 100 and large enterprises and with a global footprint with solid partners across Dubai and the US, building Future of work and competencies. Getting Eubrics to be one of the finalists for VOIS innovation challenge is a matter of deep pride for us. The reason: 'It's a bold attempt by VOIS, to globally find the most disruptive AI solutions for driving Speed to Competency for their customer agents'. A vision and tangible proof that competency and learning of employees have a direct impact on the productivity and outcomes of an enterprise. While presenting to the VOIS leadership team, I could sense the excitement in their questions and curiosity about AI capabilities of Eubrics to achieve this vision.
