Celebrating 10 Years with Crawford Thomas Recruiting! It's been an incredible journey from my early days as a recruiter with minimal experience to now serving as the Director of Marketing. Along the way, I've had the privilege of working with some truly amazing people, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Starting as a recruiter in 2014, I quickly learned the ropes and moved into a Recruiting Team Leader position. My passion for connecting with people, and love of digital marketing led me to create Crawford Thomas Recruiting's first-ever Social Media Manager role, which was an exciting step into the marketing world. From there, I was promoted to Marketing Manager, and now I have the honor of leading our marketing efforts as Director of Marketing. These photos capture just a few of the many memorable moments with the incredible team members who have supported, challenged, and inspired me along the way.
