🫱🫲 Today marks an exciting step in our evolution as SoftwareOne and Crayon announced that they have agreed to combine the two companies. By combining, SoftwareOne and Crayon will create a larger marketplace and enhance their differentiated service offerings, ensuring even better partner, customer, and vendor satisfaction. Our deep relationships with the hyperscalers will be further reinforced, with increased importance to vendors given the combined scale and ability to offer global access across customer segments.

SoftwareOne's acquisition of Crayon brings together two of Microsoft's largest global partners. Swiss tech firm SoftwareOne is acquiring its Norwegian competitor Crayon Group in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $1.4 billion, offering a 36% premium on Crayon's share price. This merger, endorsed by Crayon's board, will create a combined company with revenue of $1.8 billion, a strong Microsoft-related business focus, and operations in over 70 countries.
