Disney has announced a deal with pay-TV streaming provider Fubo to merge Hulu + Live TV with Fubo's business in a joint venture. Under the agreement, Fubo will drop antitrust lawsuits to block Venu, the sports-focused streaming package from Disney, Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery.
