Consistency involves establishing a regular workflow and sticking to it. It also means setting aside specific blocks of time each day for focused work, planning tasks in advance, and consistently following through on commitments. When others can depend on you to consistently follow through on your commitments, it enhances collaboration and strengthens professional relationships. Consistent effort allows for gradual, incremental progress, rather than trying to do all tasks at once, breaking down tasks into smaller, manageable chunks and consistently working through them leads to sustainable progress. It doesn't mean rigidly adhering to a set of rules at all costs. it's important to remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or unexpected challenges.
