I’m pretty sure most jobs on Creative Circle are phantom jobs. 😬

From October 2022 through March 2023, I called CC Cincy and Los Angeles at least 6 times, and applied to over 300 design jobs. Zero callbacks 😎 Personalized emails never returned. So my question is: are you guys basically an AI posting bot now?

I'm currently looking and have responded to job postings only to hear nothing then, two months later, the same position is posted again. So I apply for the same position again and the same thing happens. I don't get it. If you don't want an applicant at least send them a letter or email saying, "Thanks but no." But to post the job, hire someone or not because the company wants to be cheap, and then repost the position looks shady, unprofessional and just rude. It's like the company is subconsciously saying, "Either people wanted too much money, are overqualified or we can reopen the search to find the exact candidate we want at the price we want and screw all the people who applied before hand." That's exactly what it looks and sounds like. What many employers don't realize there are applicants like me who note the companies that do this all the time. The first question I will ask in an interview is, "I applied for this position before and you didn't respond, not even a email of acknowledgement, and now you're interviewing me? May I ask why?!" Remember just as employees lie so can employers.

Companies are doing this to cook the books for federal job numbers. Anyone doing this should be black listed by job seekers. They are preying on job hunters at the worst possible moment for them. Shame.

I think 93% of jobs I’m seeing on LinkedIn and being served through various “Creative” agencies is spectral. 👻💣

I get Phantom Creative Circle emails quite often. I spend time following up with examples and bullet-point explanations, which are requested, and then I never get a single response.

I’ve been job hunting for a few months (agressively over the last month) and I believe this has happened to me 3 times, possibly 4.The most upsetting part is, the “recruiter” does not reply OR send update emails. Everyone looking for a position should double check to see if it’s an actual position before providing any personal information.
