I remember reading a statistic that most people who accept a counteroffer end up leaving within 1-2 years anyway. Makes total sense when you think about it.

I did just that! Thank you for helping me find the ideal place to work! The only tiny complaint I have is that you all don’t give paid bereavement. That, in my opinion, should be the bare minimum. I don’t care about holidays and PTO, but I had a family member pass while working under you all and no bereavement. As the sole provider, I still had to work because I couldn’t afford to have the time with my family. It seems morally wrong to not provide at least that.
