If you can’t deliver on your promises, People will hate your brand forever. Imagine this: You saw a T-shirt ad. You loved it. And you ordered because you just can’t get it out of your head. But when you get it, you find that it wasn't the one you saw on the ad. Breaks the heart - right? You feel cheated and angry. It even makes you question the brand. You’d never buy from them again. This tells us that a brand’s promise holds an ‘emotional value’. If your brand overpromises through an ad, only for people to find out you ditched their hopes.. Forget giving your brand a second chance, they would spread the hate easily. My point is: - Resonate with your audience - Connect with them emotionally But, also DELIVER on your promises. Deliver what you SHOW Deliver what you told them they’ll EXPERIENCE too. Because, for some, Your product isn’t the problem, Instead - It’s your lack of being true to your promises.
