Working on sign code and regulatory issues in: Orlando, FL; Akron, OH; Gulfport, MS; Charleston, SC; Kansa City, MO; St. George, Utah, Birmingham, AL; Colorado, Fairfax, VA; Winter Haven, FL; Largo, FL; Nevada City, CA; Glendale, AZ; and Anchorage, AK. They have provided sessions at the American Planning Association Western Conference and in AZ. They've trained 180 municipal attorneys on content-neutral sign codes. It's Friday, so if you've been following along last month you know that means #FunnySignFriday Here's this week's sign. No happy horn blowing allowed! Only the angry kind. Don't even think about blowing your horn to alert or warn someone of danger, unless you are also at least a little mad at them. Then it's totally fine. I hope no one has to honk their horn on the way home from work today. Put on some good music (I am picking "This is how we do it" by Montell Jordan personally) and coast into the weekend without the angry vibes.

Check out this amazing monument sign we fabricated and installed in New Smyrna Beach, FL! Not only does it feature bright LED lighting, but we also installed a dimmer switch to help preserve the local sea turtle population. As you may know, sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach, and the baby turtles use the light of the moon to guide them to the ocean. By installing a dimmer switch, we're helping to reduce the impact of man-made lights that could otherwise confuse and disorient these precious creatures.
