CoLab Software is hiring 3 Customer Success Managers! (2 Senior, 1 Strategic)
We’re an enterprise SaaS company working with major manufacturing companies. We start with 1-2 divisions, prove a step-change in engineering effectiveness with CoLab, and then scale across the org. Customer success is key to our growth, so we hire A-players with engineering AND customer success backgrounds.
These roles are very consultative and you get to work with some of the coolest companies in the world - but we're also creating change in very large organizations - if you've ever tackled that before you know it's not for the faint of heart! 🫣
What we’re looking for:
🎯Design Engineering Background and Domain Expertise: You need to understand core product development processes and the tools customers use to do that today. You will use this expertise to coach customers on transitioning to CoLab-enabled workflows, and advise on what best in class looks like.
🎯Challenger Mindset: Prescribe, prescribe, prescribe! Be prepared to give transparent feedback with where a customer is against our benchmarks and coach them through what it takes to get to value. Sometimes this means celebrating incredible adoption, sometimes this means telling them what they're missing.
🎯Product Power User: This is a hands-on technical role. We expect you to gain a deep understanding the CoLab product, become a top product expert within our team, and provide strategic advice on maximizing CoLab’s value and aligning features with customer success plans. Our leadership team will look to you for strategic product feedback and take your opinions seriously.
