A novel framework for multivariate time series classification using Eigen-entropy captures correlations among variables and preserves temporal dynamics. By employing a cumulative moving window and dense multi-scale entropy for preprocessing, the method generates time series signatures that enhance classification accuracy, particularly for disease detection. This approach demonstrates superior recall performance on seven out of eight datasets when compared to traditional methods such as dependent dynamic time warping with k-nearest neighbors and multivariate multi-scale permutation entropy.
