A group of our employees have travelled to Bosnia and Herzegovina this week as part of CRH’s five-year partnership with UNICEF. The partnership is supporting vaccine delivery in fragile and conflict-affected countries as well as focusing on increasing demand for immunisation in under-vaccinated communities, such as those supported by UNICEF in Bosnia and Herzegovina.   Over two days Aisling McKeown Ailbhe Campbell Biljana Blagojevic Klaus Födinger will learn about UNICEF’s immunisation programmes in the region and how local NGOs are addressing vaccine hesitancy through education and accessibility. The group will visit and meet with members of the Roma community and see firsthand how our partnership to provide life-saving vaccines is supporting children, families and health systems in the country.   At CRH we’re proud to stand together with UNICEF to build stronger, healthier communities.
