Building DevOps | SRE | Cloud | Platform Engineers teams across Europe

I see so many businesses making the same mistake. They wait too long to start thinking about hiring. This usually ends up with a poorly designed recruitment process. Searches are rushed, and not enough time is devoted to properly assessing the suitability of partners. Even when offers are made, decisions are often based on panic, not confidence, which often results in making the wrong hire. #Recruitment #Hiring #ResourcePlanning

Absolutely! Jumping into hiring hastily —it rarely ends well. But relying on just one team member for significant advancements in the short term? That's the biggest lie founders buy into, especially critical for startups and DevOps where speed = revenue.

My personal experience is that for people who are not recruiters "Hiring hurts", and it is very difficult to make them generate proactive pipelines if they are not 100% in the need for a new member
