A few months ago, I joined Ops Shop. It's built from group of people who have been around the block in the advertising, agency, and ad tech world. We do top notch, expert level managed service work across a variety of areas within digital media - programmatic, ad ops, paid media, and analytics. This week, we merged with Media Staffing to form Elite Media Group, in order offer agencies a truly unique, end to end solution to what agencies tell us is a huge challenge for them: RESOURCES. People leave their jobs frequently, parents are taking their well deserved parental leaves, sometimes a hire you made unfortunately isn't cutting it. Or you win new business and need the quickest turnaround of all time (Everyone who has ever responded to an RFP can identify with this one). Or your media team is small, or it's larger and you just need some damn resources because there's so much work to be done! Whatever the reason is, digital media teams and agencies need resources, and the debate comes up of "should we hire or should we use a managed service vendor?" We're making it easy for teams, and giving them a flexible, on-demand source of talented candidates AND managed service options under the same roof. Choose one, choose the other, or go with a hybrid approach. These practices don't need to sell against each other anymore. Whatever is best for your business, we're on board with.
