I am very honored to have been chosen for this feature article we discussed the flooding issues we’re tackling here in West Palm Beach. I also emphasized how building strong professional relationships with your colleagues is the key to being able to strengthen the capabilities of your team. Hey Nolan I do agree for sure. My list would be like this: Standardized designs that are pre-qualified for building permits, Government and private Investment in Modular Start Ups, New worker Education (collage programs focused on the hands skills needed to work in Modular Manufacturing), Pre Qualified. These things will result in "Expanded Capacity. For developers and anyone building housing the ultimate key is education on how to make a modular project work. When decision-makers know their actions and decisions can be viewed by the public, they are more likely to hold themselves accountable and make objective decisions. Even if people disagree with a decision, having transparency can enable greater trust that decisions are made legitimately. That’s why, our new audit this month took a closer look at how the city prequalifies construction contractors for big (and lucrative) projects. We found Denver’s process to prequalify contractors for city construction projects worth millions of dollars is too opaque and subjective — leading to possible perceptions of unfairness.
