Global mayhem caused by a botched software update. And yes, approving a software update is a key responsibility of a product manager at a software company. So, let's take a look at some of the damage that caused. - The company responsible for the outage, Crowdstrike, lost $11 billion in market cap overnight. - Thousands of delayed and cancelled flights. - Billions in productivity losses. - Untold numbers of delayed surgical procedures. - And much, much more!
