That dropped to $1.55 by September, but remains well above the approximately $1.25 to $1 level of 2021

Experts would tell that a restaurant team who can deliver good quality #Consistent #Food and high quality service would result in a high #Customer #Retention which is absolutely correct ! but...What if : -A Place is constantly increasing #Prices ? -Not delivering a true #Value for what they offer . -New competition comes in place and exceed what this place offers ? -Place decor becomes outdated and owners no more spending on renovation? -Street works in progress and access isn't as easy to the place ? -Change in customer's demographics . All factors that would defeat the saying that only Good food offerings , consistency and good service would lead to #Increased #Revenues , as reality is more complex. The world, economy & Technology are on a very fast constant change , where rhe basics aren't enough to sustain a #Business and going outside the box plus putting different hats as owners are needed in order to keep your business floating . #Restaurant #Business #Continuity

I've been receiving a lot of questions about McDonald's CosMc's, so I decided to road trip to Bolingbrook to check it out myself. CosMc's new beverage and food items are getting a lot of publicity, but it's also an interesting test of potential drive-thru formats (four drive-thru lanes) and payment alternatives. It's too early to make definitive conclusions based on visitation data during this initial rollout phase, but it was also interesting to look at trade area size and demographics using Placer.ai's various datasets.
