When we asked one of our founders what the one thing he would change about us was, he replied: your website. I could not have agreed more with him. 🔥 So, I am more than happy and proud to share that First Momentum Ventures got a new visual identity 🔥 It has been a bumpy road, as all rebranding efforts. It is an art to capture a brand's essence and subtle feelings in colors, shapes, and fonts. And at the same time, have all stakeholders involved on board. Design is something we all feel we can comment on (similar to football or politics). But only when you are in the process do you understand what hard work and science it is. I am wholeheartedly thankful for the trust my team, especially First Momentum Ventures' partners David, Andreas, and Sebastian, had in me and our agency, Embacy, while running this project and for the energy everyone put in. This was a team effort, and mediating four people's opinions is not easy, from color discussions (I don't like yellow/blue/green...) to saying goodbye to a design that was there from the start. VCs are known not to be easy clients, so shout out to Andrew Kravtsov and Anastasia Starodubtseva for keeping up with us 😂 And thanks to my partner, Sam, who supported us with his insane creative talent during his free time. Just checking in to share something that’s been brewing while I’ve been quieter on here. It’s not without good reason. Recently I’ve been fortunate to take on some incredible projects, thanks in no small part to teaming up with some superb creative and brilliant minds. It’s a new chapter for me, transitioning from solo ventures to a more collaborative studio model. This shift is all about harnessing our collective expertise to tackle projects that resonate deeply with what we’re all about. Each partnership has been an eye-opener, bringing a new level of polish and creativity to our work that just wouldn’t be possible going it alone. Maintaining our unique identities while enriching our group dynamic has been key. Let’s face it, juggling all the roles required when you’re on your own is a massive challenge. Getting into the team vibe has definitely upped our game, and it's definitely helping to break out into larger scale projects. Acknowledging where my strengths lie and where I could use a little help (like my sporadic social media presence 😜) has been eye opening to say the least.
