I've been diving into Cask's 2024 High-Performing ServiceNow Program Report. It's a groundbreaking analysis of what makes a ServiceNow program ELITE, based on survey results. One key finding that stood out to me is that only 55% of respondents in high-performing environments feel confident in articulating the value of ServiceNow and their program. When I've done transformational workshops, this always comes up as something that can be really hard to do. In the rush to leverage the platform's capabilities, it's easy to overlook the importance of understanding the time, effort, and resources invested in solutions. Understanding the return on investment through financial and business outcome analysis is crucial. Being able to communicate this effectively to your organization helps build understanding and trust, and can help secure support (and funding) for solving the next big challenge! 3rd day of the ServiceNow Knowledge24. Today's keynote was all about the intersection of Technology and Art, featuring special guests Dan Levy and Jon Batiste. 🎶 These two creative masterminds spoke about the vital importance of creativity in their respective processes as an actor/writer/producer and a musician. A key takeaway was that having a partner who shares your core vision and goals is absolutely essential. Dan Levy drove this point home with a great quote: “If we're the first that we don't believe in what we're doing, how can we expect others to?" You have to fully buy into and embody your creative vision if you want others to embrace it as well. Both Levy and Batiste emphasized how crucial it is to surround yourself with collaborators who inspire you and elevate your work to new heights.
