Exciting news in the logistics sector! Consum is kicking off the construction of its seventh logistics project in Spain, expanding its footprint in Castilla-La Mancha. The cooperative just acquired a massive 150,000 m² plot in the Noblejas Logistics Technological Park, courtesy of Dunas Capital Real Estate and with guidance from Invértica. This new facility will be built in phases to address regional logistics needs and is set to feature impressive facilities, including a 40-meter automated silo and energy-efficient solutions. With six existing logistics platforms across Spain, this move underscores the growing confidence in large-scale industrial projects. The CEE industrial and logistics market continues to expand! As of Q3 2024, the total industrial space has reached 65.2 million sq m, with a year-over-year growth rate of 8.7%.
