The Arkansas Women’s Business Fund introduces a new model to address the historic gap in financing by offering lenders a guarantee of 20% to 75% on qualified women-owned businesses. This is not just financial support; it is a commitment to leveling the playing field and fostering economic growth. https://buff.ly/3uqIvBm OnRamp The On Ramp Fund is a new initiative designed to support the growth of small businesses in Arkansas engaged in the Navigator program, which is open to businesses owned by women, minorities, veterans, rural entrepreneurs, and socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs. The Arkansas Small Business Technology and Development Center (ASBTDC) works with these ‘Navigator’ businesses to complete a proprietary application to determine if they qualify for a 100% guarantee of a loan. If the applicant does not have a lender, they will be connected to a lender. Navigator businesses that have generated revenue at least 6 months may apply for up to 10% of annualized sales up to a maximum of $10,000. All economic development organizations, non-profits, municipalities, local chambers, and individuals are encouraged to connect Arkansas business owners with this new initiative.
