And about #3 in invasive customer tracking. Why let customers prepay for a membership without ID verification when we can funnel them into a monthly payment scheme and keep their real ID on file for attackers?

4moUnfortunately crunch is a shady company that continuously overcharges people and takes advantage of college students. They have overcharged my son for a year. He has brought it up monthly and they keep saying they will reimburse and change the charge. Has not happened. They owe him over $200 and now will not response to calls or emails and continue to charge him. He has the 9.99 membership and is charged $29.99 every month. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general for fraud and having my lawyer draft a letter this week.
