How do we work with you? If you are leading or part of a cross-cultural virtual/hybrid team that: - is going through significant changes in scope/structure - is not yet performing to its highest potential - has welcomed new members recently - feels disconnected and distant then you might have experienced how challenging it is to get work done. At Global Impact Teams, we can help by taking your team through a half-day customized virtual/hybrid workshop to: 🎯 discover where the team is aligned and where they are not on the same page (with the support of our TEAM Impact Diagnostic Assessment) 🎯 (re)create together team goals 🎯 plan concrete actions to improve performance as a team 👉Interested? 2023 was the year I settled into various transitions — back to consumer product, into fully remote work and managing a team. Three takeaways that I’m starting the new year with, both personally and professionally: 1) Results are only as meaningful as the relationships you foster to achieve them — with yourself, with your peers, with your customer or your loved ones. 2) Cultivating trust sometimes requires letting go — which could mean saying ‘no’, slowing things down or letting someone else take the driver’s seat. 3) If you want to be heard, then show that you’re ready to listen. Look forward to building on these, and uncovering new learnings in 2024.

Behind the scenes - What are they talking about?🤔 👉Go on, have a guess, even if it is just in your head. 😁 Blast Away Guys team meeting. Sort of. There are a few of the guys missing. 1. The first topic on the agenda - Doing more for more Happy. ✔️This is where we tell stories from the week about how we lived our core values, like when we helped a person in need or did an extra wow. This can be for a customer, a member of the community or another team member. 2. The second topic on the agenda - What challenges are you facing? ✔️This is where we all help each other with any hurdles that might be presenting themselves. Multiple ideas and perspectives equal = powerful stuff!

A catch-up meeting is a gathering where team members come together to review and discuss updates, progress, and any relevant information regarding ongoing projects, tasks, or team dynamics. It is typically a collaborative session designed to keep everyone on the same page, address challenges, and share insights. We schedule them periodically with the Organization departments of doValue. The primary goals of our catch-up meetings include: - Information Sharing: Team members exchange information on their individual tasks, project status, and any challenges they may be facing. - Alignment: The meetings help ensure that everyone is aligned with the team's initiatives and overall strategy. This alignment is crucial for achieving collective success. - Problem Solving: Issues or roadblocks can be identified and discussed collaboratively, allowing the team to brainstorm solutions and make informed decisions. In other words, they offer a platform for open communication, acknowledgment of individual and team efforts, and the resolution of challenges. At Christmas, it becomes a special occasion to take stock of the year and exchange wishes! Thanks to the Organization departments of doValue for your collaboration and support! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! #dovaluers #dovaluexperience #dovaluelife
