I was in college 3rd year when I landed my first serious internship. If my boss had chosen someone with more "experience" (in terms of projects, internships, etc) I would have not have faced the immense growth I saw from Associate to Manager at Nova Benefits. I obviously still have A LOT more to learn and a long way to go but that one opportunity really helped me kickstart the process of trying new things no matter how much they scared me. Now working at SalesUP, I still find myself panicking over a few things - something Yash Chowdhury and Miskat Haider have seen first-hand, but, with experience I know that once I overcome the fear, there are some great learnings that await me :) Which is what brings me to the main point of this post - we are looking for a Content Marketing Associate to join our team. You would be working with our CX and Growth team to launch, test, fail and eventually succeed at a bunch of experiments. I am looking for a couple of 'smart bees' for a paid traineeship program. Stipend will be 10K a month and we are looking for someone who is willing to explore the creative side of advertising within the roles of end to account management, communication and creative strategy, content creation and copy writing.
