Considering the digital twins concept, I think there is a stress or fear among industrialists of not losing what they have, a threat that Metaverse culture brings with it. The biggest fear of industrialists is losing control, so they want you to stifle your imagination and creativity. Technology brought down the music industry but also returned it to its rightful place, in the hands of music creators. Social media transformed us all into media, and influencers diminished the power of traditional media, causing many who work in TV and magazines to resent them, and attempt to make you resent them too. Now, with the Metaverse, we have the ability to construct a new existential dimension of our consciousness. We can simulate future societies and imagine the world we want to inhabit. And yet, with this power at our fingertips, the best we can do is replicate the physical world? A digital twin? Really, people? They try to sell us the Metaverse as just another marketing tool to sell the same thing in a different package, while the Metaverse represents a revolutionary stage comparable only to the industrial revolution. It has arrived to transform the way we live and work, opening doors to another dimension and helping us break free from our limited lifestyles. You can clone yourself, but believe me, there is nothing more than what you already know. If you truly want to explore, discover, and transcend the universe, try designing a new personality, giving it a fresh face and body beyond stereotypes.
