The entire cold calling concept is so outdated. Make it easier for people to find your product, and easier to see a demo, and easier to understand pricing and then prospects will come to you. Remove friction from the pre-sales process and add value earlier on and the business will come. Like you pointed out, when I want tech, the hoops I have to jump through and time it takes to get value is ridiculous, yet I get a dozen emails a week selling me stuff I don't want and they always seem to have time to speak right away if I am available. Complety backwards, I agree! #frictionless #sales #customerexperience

We all get spammed and cold called incessantly about tech we don’t want. We all get “Do you have a second…” When we actually want a piece of tech, we normally fill a form and wait a day, if we are lucky to hear back. Seems backwards. #tech #callcentergeek
