Artificial intelligence is an increasingly important #threat to enterprise #security. It is capable not only of writing computer code, but also of understanding device vulnerabilities and conducting large-scale attacks on its own, trying different methods until it identifies the most effective one. There is still a lot to be done in Italy to defend the attack surface of organizations, and we at Armis are at the forefront of addressing cyber threats. Digital transformation, though multifaceted and variable across regions, is currently characterized by a common denominator: the increasing interface between AI and cybersecurity. This nearly indissoluble bond means that both elements reinforce each other. On the one hand, AI provides advanced tools to identify and mitigate cyber threats in real-time by analyzing large volumes of data and recognizing anomalies that might escape human detection. On the other hand, cybersecurity protects AI technologies, ensuring their integrity, reliability, and confidentiality. An interesting article by Fabio Ugoste from Intesa Sanpaolo highlights how cybersecurity has become a top priority for all organizations, including #banks, which have adopted advanced measures to protect data.
