As I was in the beginning ideas stages of developing the Nurses for Nurses platform, I wrote this poem as an ode to our mission. The overarching theme is that WE HAVE THE NUMBERS (5 Million RNs in the US and 29 Million worldwide) and together is how we change healthcare for our patients and ourselves. Things are already shifting, it is subtle, but it IS there. Our moment to snowball is coming, we just need to keep up momentum.
