I believe that the company has engaged in the following practices: Cheating or scamming employees & they are doing it knowingly, which I got to know by previous vendors. At the time of salary payment they simply hide their faces by giving bullshit reasons. I have investigated the matter by issuing a RTI letter against them but they run & shut the company & vanish all details which is led by "Mayank Kumar" Call to action: (Optional) If there is a relevant regulatory body you can report the company to, you can mention it here and encourage others to do the same. The day this stops is the day we as employees, leaders and clients stop participating. What does that mean? if you're a client don't spend your money at companies with poor work culture. if you're an hourly employee have the bravery to walk away from your position. Fortunately your true power is a lack of availability, do you understand how many crummy owners are setting themselves up for imminent failure? Trust and know that...and walk into an organization that values you. If you're in a leadership position I get it. You busted your ass to move up in your career. you don't want to be blackballed, isolated or broke. But this is the exact reason you have to ignore what's right, why your industry is suffering and ultimately will dull your ability to be an effective leader. You are in the most powerful position to expose those who do nothing for your industry. You may not benefit from nepotism, you may not be part of a good ol boy system...but if you are complacent, if you comply with the status quo...you're just as responsible. Let's be heroes and help get these parasites out of here!!

Early on in my career, I asked for a $10,000 raise. Management immediately said "No." I was the top performer at my level. I helped manage our largest accounts worth multiple millions each year. I stayed late and occasionally worked on the weekend. Management said, "who couldn't use another $10k? It doesn't work like that." Two months later, I accepted a new job. The new company was offering me a $20,000 raise. I put in my notice and was scheduled for an Exit Interview. "Is there anything we can do?," my current company said. "What type of offer would make you stay?" I politely referenced the conversation we had two months earlier. This isn't just my story. It seems to be the norm with companies everywhere. Pay up for new talent, pray for retention. If the money is available after someone puts in notice. It was available before they did too. Want to keep your best people? Pay them.
