Co working spaces are evolving! I’ve tried a lot of them but always found the same experience. Coffee and snacks are great but there was no collaboration, networking, or fun conversations. People showed up but everyone just put on their headphones and sat quietly. I went from feeling isolated at home to feeling isolated in a public environment. This month was his comeback month, he made a massive turnaround from the previous two months so much so that he was able to assist HEAVILY in getting our last location to goal on the last day of the month!!! Without his willingness to learn and change his behavior for the better, I would still be two locations short of where I'd want to finish April!!! We all know the struggle – those seemingly simple Chupa Chups lolly that defy easy opening! But the HCS team was up for it. The first one to crack open their lollipop and pop it in their mouth would claim a prize. In a lightning-fast display of dexterity, Alex emerged victorious, conquering the sweetness within seconds! Turns out, there's a secret twist-and-pull method to the seemingly straightforward task. Maybe having kids around hones these skills? 😉 This playful competition proves there's more to the HCS team than meets the eye. They're not just skilled industrial team, they're also a fun-loving bunch who know how to turn a mundane moment into a memorable bonding experience! Some deals are straightforward, like open goals, while others require more strategic plays. And yes, sometimes it's about taking a chance with a 'hit and hope' approach – which, believe it or not, can be quite effective with the right technique. I'm always eager to learn from the diverse experiences of others in our field. What unique or out-of-the-box methods have you employed to seal a deal? We've all probably used the classic techniques: time-sensitive offers, discounts, or even personal incentives like a meal out. For me, one of the most effective tactics has been presenting an exclusive offer, limited to a select few clients – creating a sense of urgency and exclusivity. I often say, 'If this isn't for you, no worries, I can extend it to someone else in my network.' I'm curious to hear about your experiences. 200 Salespeople at Arizto! It feels like just yesterday (22nd September) we were publishing an article about reaching 150 Salespeople across #NZ - now just a little over 6 months later we have reached the next milestone. Why are we growing like we are? It's pretty simple - we view our Salespeople as the customer - we make decisions that are best for them (and in turn their clients). We worry less about the tried and tested and more about what's relevant today.
