Our Board Member Bob Hellman is sharing important information on US infrastructure / transportation investment and spending. The evidence shows that we urgently need Public Private Partnerships to move forward with infrastructure improvement and development.

The NTO is the largest private investment ever committed to a U.S. airport terminal and the largest public-private partnership in the nation.

CPIP and Hodes Weill & Associates have just issued our second annual Infrastructure Allocations Monitor. The results are based on survey responses from 102 institutional investors in 20 countries  The 2024 participants hold total assets under management (“AUM”) exceeding US$8.2 trillion and have portfolio investments in infrastructure exceeding US$350 billion. These findings indicate a growing interest in infrastructure as an asset class, with particular interest in digital and energy transition infrastructure.  The full report is below.
