Dynamic Events & Conferences Sales Specialist | Driving Revenue Growth Remotely | Passionate about Connecting Businesses in Africa
Here is the Situation: 1. The Job-type you were employed for is not anywhere near the common job Market (It's either you are only employed by this company, ZAF, ZCAA or practically career-doomed when you leave them). 2. Last worked or left 7 years ago. Mutual separation on unmentionable grounds here. (Certainly, not theft, assault, or any other malicious reasons to any fellow employee or Company itself). 3. Managed to develop yourself educationally (Merit Degree from a high University [using own resources]) while there, did your best to train people there (both from within and outside institutions) and many are managers/directors now. 4. You were surely less recognized on your contribution. 5. Company seems to keep on throwing "Bad References" when other potential employers have contacted them. 6. From a few investigations, some office managers have been on this perpetual malicious venture 7. Whatever they have added to your so-called Employment File (10 years), you don't know. But certainly, it's not good. The Questions are: What do you do so that you stand a chance to be re-employed, particularly in the career field you studied for..... or even in any lucrative field? Do you have to DELETE the 10 year work experience (the longest one) on your resume? on
