I joined Cultfit with my family on June 1st, committing to a year-long membership paid in full. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Overcrowded Facilities Poor Service Quality - Erratic class schedules and poorly maintained equipment. Inadequate Trainer Support - Trainers provide no guidance on equipment usage. Security Concerns - Insufficient monitoring and safety protocols. Despite observing for 12 days to improve and discussing with them, there has been no progress. Before purchasing the membership you promised that your classes start at 6AM. I am unable to join the classes from past 4 months, now i need immediate solution to this or refund my money back if you are not able to provide classes..
