This organisation has nose dived in terms of value and customer service. Their only focus is to increase the member base at any cost, even if it comes at cost of inconvenience to existing members. They shift their centres, reduce the batch size, remove workout formats and when we raise customer service issues, Reply with standard template Answers. They dont have the courage to say that they will not give refunds. Give excuses saying I’ll reach out to my supervisor and then within 10 mins send you an email saying they don’t have a policy of refund This was not the cultfit i joined 5 years back. Pathetic decline.

Dear Cult Team, I am not at all happy with the cult elite membership plan. It’s disappointing. I opted for cult’s Elite membership at KR Puram Bangalore on 1st May 2024. It was told I will be able to transfer the membership anywhere in India but I was not told that there will be some hidden transfer charges. Now as I want to transfer it to Hauz Khas Delhi, the app is showing some 4000 Rs extra chargeable. Why should I pay this charge when the facilities/services are not same. KR puram had gym & group class both at same place but in Hauz khas center there is no gym, only group class. As the transfer charges are based on infrastructure and other things, I will not pay this extra charge due to less facilities available at the new center. Please help me with this issue. Either transfer my account without extra charges or refund my money. I am not happy with the cult help center experience as you have not shared any contact number for customers, which is worst possible service to customers. Try to help out the existing customers rather than focusing on increasing the members anyhow. Your marketing team will be knowing that it is more expensive to acquire new customers than retaining an old one. Value your customers pls.Regards

Curefit - house of cult one of the worst experiences i have been facing multiple times now a days, yesterday in Cultjuhu i was thrown out by the rude cult guy PRATHAM post marking attendance because i didnt have shoes although it might be valid but being a pro member how can attendance marking and than not being removed be justified and also pratham’s behaviour was rude he was smiling so that his rudeness cannot be caught in the camera, now today Power vibes gym in andheri mumbai is closed but it showed open on the app due to which i went and again i had to return. 2 back to back days of wasting time money and energy, i have complained in app no response yet i have also filled google form no response there as well only mental harassment is what i have got after taking membership from cult. The gym being closed by cult showing open has happened 3-4 times and the yesterdays cult juhu experience was pathetic CULT JUHU does not have proper washrooms as they are slippery urine is there below the urinals and cement is being visible inside shower rooms making it completely unhygienic and pathetic

Dear Cult Yoga Centre, I am a regular member of cult with elite membership and have 23 years of experience with Yoga practice. I would like to bring a few key elements to your notice along with the suggestions. 1. I have noticed that there are often yoga classes with very low attendance, sometimes even with only one participant. I propose that it might be more beneficial to reduce the number of classes offered and increase the duration of a few classes to 1.5 hours. This could potentially attract more participants and offer a more comprehensive yoga experience. 2. I request for a wider variety of yoga asanas to be taught. I would specifically request the inclusion of the 84 types of asanas, spread out over a week's time. This would help to improve mobility, agility, and overall body fitness. By practicing a variety of asanas, individuals can experience improved flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Basically, different asanas target various muscle groups and energy centers, promoting overall physical and mental health. 3.Furthermore, I recommend incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises) at the beginning of each session which keeps mind calm Hoping for concrete action from your end at the earliest. Thanks Like
