You know that energy you feel when you are in the room with a team… …that’s the power of a team. We are greater than the sum of our parts. 1+1+1+1+1+1=12 It starts with understanding that we need each other. We bring unique skills and behaviours to our team and we need each individual for the whole team to succeed. What teams need is interdependence not independence. ☎️If you have big ambitions for your team then get in touch! 🔥I am here to set your team up for success; to help you build a high performing team who’s more collaborative, supportive, visionary and motivated. …and as always, Simon Sinek says it best!

"Too Many Cooks Spoil the Broth" – A Lesson in Team Efficiency 🍲👨🍳👩🍳 In any project, collaboration is key. 💡✨ But have you ever been in a meeting where everyone wants to add their own spice to the pot? 🌶️🧂 Suddenly, what could have been a simple, elegant solution turns into a complicated mess. 😵💫 This is the essence of "Too many cooks spoil the broth." While diverse perspectives are invaluable 🌍💭, it's equally important to define clear roles ✅, trust expertise 🎓, and avoid overcrowding the decision-making process. 🚦 The most successful teams strike a balance ⚖️: they encourage contributions from the right people at the right time ⏰ and stay aligned on their goals 🎯. Next time you're leading a team, ask yourself: Are we creating something delicious together 🍜—or over-seasoning the pot? 🌪️ How do you ensure collaboration without chaos? 🤔 I'd love to hear your thoughts! 💬👇

Teamwork is all about balance—and sometimes it feels like a perfectly choreographed dance. Much like this video from Daniel LaBelle! (Though I do wonder how many times they had to film the broom scene before they caught it 😁) The best teams are those where strengths and weaknesses complement each other. One person’s knack for big-picture thinking pairs perfectly with another’s attention to detail, just like in the video where every move is synchronized for maximum efficiency. Because let’s face it, in real life, teamwork might not always be this smooth, but when you hit that rhythm, it’s pure magic. How does your team find its groove (or at least try to)?
When you have good teamwork.
