Sometimes you can sense a positive work culture as soon as you walk in the door. That was my experience with the Advancement Team at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. I observed a lot of laughter, collaboration, commitment and appreciation for one another during this #cliftonstrengths workshop. A highlight of the workshop was when Emily Day, who recently joined as Vice President of Institutional Advancement, shared how her strengths inform her leadership style and what she needs from others.
