❓ Did you know that 63% of our staff provide board or advisory services to at least one other nonprofit or governmental organization, ultimately supporting over 30 local, regional, and national entities? And that's just one way that we build capacity in the nonprofit ecosystem. We also increase individual, organizational, and community capacity by building connections across our programs and with external partners. In 2023, we: ➡️ Supported 374 small businesses. ➡️ Organized or attended 272 community building events. ➡️ Formed or maintained 100 partnerships. ➡️ Completed 1,710 hours in staff training and volunteer efforts.
