More [and More] Strata Stakeholders Want Someone Else to Fix Things There’s been more and more #strata businesses, groups, regulators, managers, commentators and pundits saying that something should be done about the issues being revealed about #stratatitle building management and operations. And, that something, they say, should be a Government enquiry. The list [so far] of government enquiry supporters is long and it’s growing. And, there’s a few news reports reporting on the trend. I just wonder why none of them are doing anything much about the problems themselves and want someone else to fix things. https://lnkd.in/gGGWKcDH

Bridging the gap between all parties to ensure seamless transactions and timely client success Last week, a potential new client requested both a regulated search and a regulated CON29DW, with a tight deadline to have everything delivered by Friday. We coordinated with the Local Authority, who initially advised a 7-9 working day turnaround. But with a quick phone call and clear communication, we were able to work together to align our timelines. Having built a strong relationship with this council over the years helped expedite the process—though it’s important to note that not all councils offer expedited services, and we are mindful of only marking requests as urgent when truly necessary. We also engaged with our drainage report agent to ensure they could meet the deadline. The result? By Friday, everything had come together seamlessly, thanks to effective communication, strategic partnerships, and collaboration with all parties involved. This is a testament to the power of relationship-building and proactive problem-solving in meeting our clients' goals. #ClientSuccess #EffectiveCommunication #Conveyancing #BuildingRelationships #ProblemSolving #WhitefieldLegalServices WHITEFIELD LEGAL SERVICES Sharon Whitney IPSA - Association of Independent Personal Search Agents IPSA Searches

Driving myself to work with businesses empowering their employees to enjoy, grow and celebrate their careers
Guardian Financial Services hats off to you this is a real step in the right direction. 74% of their claims last year were in trust. It is brilliant. Where the hell are the rest of you? Swiss Re reported last year 15% of new term policies were written into trust. What is this It is quite frankly appalling. What % of policies are written into trust from the main writers of protection in the industry? There will be someone somewhere with the answers. And I know my tone alludes to them being the problem but I do not know what % they write. Is it better is it worse? Should they not be leading the way? Fix it from the top down because the little man fighting for a living writes all his policies into trust because that person lives on referrals, lives on reputation, cares no end about their client and wants the best outcomes. Without their client base, they have nothing Trusts are so so important and Guardian is doing great but others need to step up and so do brokers.
