*Project Commencement* Walls Construction is delighted to announce that work has commenced on the Clongriffin project for our client, The Land Development Agency. This development, located in Clongriffin, Dublin 13, will deliver 408 high quality A-rated one, two, and three-bedroom apartments ranging in height from three to seven storeys. Landscaped courtyards, a roof terrace, a 1,433m² public park, and a creche are included in the plans and community and cultural spaces will be provided on the ground floors of both blocks. The Clongriffin Lands comprise a brownfield site that extends to approx. 13ha in total with potential capacity for the development of approx. 2,200 new homes. The development of the Clongriffin Lands will be a multi-phased venture to be carried out over a number of years.
