It is essential to create specific criteria for each yearly strategic goal to outline the timeframe and indicators for accomplishing our objectives. Objectives should be both SMART and FAST. The SMART and FAST approaches are designed to complement each other. Our initial focus is on setting SMART goals for every annual strategic aim.

We've decided that our last post of the year should reflect a huge potential opportunity (with a proven study) for the coming year for PMOs: The Role of a PMO for Transfering the Knowledge: The knowledge transfer role of a project management office in a matrixstructured telecommunication organisation was investigated by a group of professors. ➡️ The results confirmed the key role that the project management office plays in knowledge transfer. ➡️ Corporate culture was found to have a greater effect on knowledge transfer than the type of organisational structure. ➡️ Conflicts and other challenges typical of matrix structures did not necessarily hinder knowledge transfer, and even contributed to it. ➡️ The knowledge transfer roles of the project management office were primarily perceived as a moderator of the transfer of technical information and a mediator of project and business knowledge. 

Today is International Project Manager Day, and I would like to congratulate all the amazing professionals who dedicate themselves to this job. Being a project manager is more than being in charge of leading and coordinating projects from conception to completion, working within constraints such as budgets and deadlines. We carry on our shoulders the success or failure of the project, what a huge responsibility! You are an expert with stakeholder meetings, your executive management skills, communication techniques, information management systems, and interpersonal skills, make the meeting always a success. You never lose your temper when things don't go as expected, even though the procurement department informs you that the equipment purchase will be significantly delayed. You always stay composed since you have backup plans. If one of the tasks that needed to be completed was not yet done, You two try to figure out a solution after he discusses the problem. Be proud. I would evaluate project coordination effectiveness by: (1) gather a list of the project Stakeholders; (2) contact each Stakeholder voice-to-voice for direct feedback; (3) create a questionnaire based on the feedback and send it to everyone working on the project - not just the Stakeholders, setting a response deadline. (4) When I receive all feedback and answers, summarize the key points from my research. (5) Present the evaluation to Senior Management
