But there is also the autonomy, subject to umbiguous statutory conditions, to adjust terms and conditions to the circumstances of the parties. There should be clear discussions on the benefits of amendments too since most times standard contracts are signed off without proper understanding, or checking, of relevance in the context because its all about the business of law for law Firms these days.

So get them more profits and you become valuable When Leo started, the share price at Balfour Beatty was 212. Now it is 443. He is getting Balfour Beatty to their goal #2. Increase the certainty that you can be the one to add value This is one easy. Imagine your project with you on it. Now imagine your project without you on it. Do you increase the certainty of the project achieving its goal by you being on the project If yes, you are valuable. If no, then you are not valuable #3. Reduce the time it takes for your project to reach its goal Leo Quinn had a certain time limit to reach his goals. The faster he could get Balfour Beatty to where they wanted to go, the more valuable he would be Now ask yourself if you have the knowledge and skills to get your projects to its final destination faster? The faster you can get your project to it’s goals, the more valuable you are Imagine walking onto a project, seeing all the problems and having the knowledge and the skills to solve them fast….that is value! #4. Reduce the effort required to get to the goal If Leo Quinn had used up all the resources and caused his leadership team so much stress in order to get to his goal, that would not have been good. So this one is about strategy and judgment. What is the most effortless path you can take to get your project to its goal. I have worked with many Commercial Managers who made many bad decisions and it cost the team long hours and sometimes weekend work. Tony Gee and Partners has announced the appointment of Alasdair Fowler to the newly created role of CEO, a move that is part of a wider leadership restructuring for the group. This restructuring aims to ensure the continued growth of the business, according to the company. Effective January 2025, Alasdair Fowler will become the chief executive of Tony Gee LLP as well as the UK managing director. Meanwhile, current executive managing director Chris Young will take on a new position as chair of Tony Gee's executive board, where he will oversee the company's strategy. While Tony Gee expects its UK operations to remain the largest part of the business, the company feels a new structure is necessary to better capitalise on international opportunities.
