Celebrating a Decade of Greatness! 🎉🎈 Friends, followers, and loyal customers! Today, we are here to celebrate a spectacular milestone: our 10th anniversary as a company! 🥳🎊 Yes, you read that right! Ten years filled with laughter, challenges, and above all, success! From our humble beginnings, we've embarked on adventures that could rival the best Hollywood movies. 🎬✨ Remember when we started in the garage next to the grandmother of diaper pants, with just a tabletop lathe and a bunch of crazy ideas? Well, since then, we've grown bigger than that bunch of crazy ideas, and that's saying a lot! We've faced more obstacles than we can count: from technical issues that made us sweat more than a marathon in the desert, to emergency meetings that kept us up until the wee hours of the night. But each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and, well, sometimes a bit grayer due to stress, but that doesn't matter! We keep moving forward! However, it hasn't all been hard work and tears (though there were some of those too). We've shared moments of pure joy and camaraderie. So here we are, raising our cups of coffee (or tea, or juice, or whatever makes you smile in the mornings!) to toast to another 10 years of successes, challenges, and above all, fun. Thank you for 10 incredible years! The Ejematic Team 🚀🎉 #Anniversary #Celebration #10Years #SuccessStory #CompanyMilestone #TeamSpirit #BusinessGrowth #Innovation #JourneyToSuccess #CheersToTheFuture

As we continue to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and the milestones we have achieved, our focus naturally turns to the future. We are filled with excitement as we consider the strengths and opportunities that lie ahead of our staff. Our greatest assets are our employees - a group of talented individuals who have contributed to our success and will continue to play a crucial role in shaping our future. We connected with Keegan Bunt about how he feels about the future of the firm. *What do you see in the future for your professional growth here? "Endless knowledge. With how the firm is structured I can work on a new type of project almost daily, with that I am constantly learning new things." *What has been the most valuable lesson you have learned so far? "Work doesn’t have to be something you endure or dread. With the right environment and people it can be the highlight of your day."

As we near our 10th Anniversary celebrations at CM Advocates LLP, these are some of the most important lessons that I have come to embrace: 1. Don't try to be better; be different. In other words; always think differently; and often inverse. 2. You should be ruthless when it come to execution. Concerning this point, I wish to borrow these two quotes: (a) “Ideas are easy. Execution is everything.” – John Doerr (b) “Strategy without execution is hallucination.” – Thomas Edison 3. Always be bold and courageous. Never give room to fear or self doubt. In the words of Peter Drucker, “The best way to predict the future is to create it." 4. Resilience and agility are critical and indispensable skills or attributes in life and in business; therefore, cultivate them. By these I mean that we should always be ready to respond quickly to any disruptions or change. On this point, here is my favourite quote from the father of the rainbow nation, Nelson Mandela: "Do not judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again." And this too: "When you have exhausted all possibilities, remember this: you haven't."~ Thomas A. Edison

📈 Empowering Entrepreneurs with Strategic Planning & Operations Support | 🚀 Driving Growth & Enabling Effective Delegation to EAs | ✨ Certified Director of Operations & Founder
I recently celebrated my 37th birthday with a long weekend getaway, surrounded by four of my closest childhood friends. As I reflected on the past year—both personally and professionally—here are my top three takeaways from my 36th year and 3rd year as a business owner: 1. You Can’t Do It All (And That’s OK): When I first launched Elevate, I had a clear vision of how I wanted to grow the business, but I quickly realized I couldn’t carry every task on my own shoulders. Learning to delegate wasn’t just an option—it became a necessity. Trusting others with key responsibilities has been a game-changer. 2. Build a Team You Trust: This year reinforced the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people. I’ve worked hard to cultivate a team that I not only trust but who truly believes in our mission. With the right support in place, even when I’m taking a break for some much-needed R&R, I know Elevate is in good hands. 3. Celebrate Your Wins (Big and Small): Whether it’s taking a step back to reflect on how far you’ve come or simply enjoying a weekend off with friends, it’s crucial to celebrate yourself and your achievements. This year, I’ve learned that self-care and celebration are just as important as hard work. Here’s to another year of growth, lessons, and continued celebration! #birthdaycelebration #happybirthday #itsmybirthday

Sharing our company update meeting that we did with employees this week. We have such an impressive group of people. And oh yeah, today we're celebrating our 5-year anniversary as a company. It's been an amazing journey so far, and its super-exciting to carry on and continue expanding to 100 markets over the next five years, most likely sooner! ⭐️ Cheers to 20 years ⭐️ We are excited to share that March 10 marked Red Team's 20th anniversary. We are humbled by the incredible journey of the past two decades. What began as a one-person company in March of 2004 has far exceeded our initial expectations. Like most small companies figuring out how to survive, we relied on our wits, experience, and a little bit of luck to overcome hurdles. We were also incredibly fortunate to have so many talented people join us that were driven by the same commitment to excellence, integrity, and humility. Companies don’t flourish for 20 years without the love and dedication from its staff, and we are no exception – our collective team has allowed us to not only survive but prosper during the most challenging times. Looking back on 20 years, we can confidently state that our aspirations were modest; we were just focused on helping our clients navigate federal procurement. Little did we know that we were really empowering them to make strategic decisions to achieve their long-term growth objectives. It is an honor to be entrusted by so many companies to support their growth – further, we are appreciative of how welcoming industry and government have been to our company over the years. As we look to the future, we aspire to continually help our clients expand and achieve their goals beyond where they are today. Together with them, we will continue to innovate, evolve, and redefine what it means to be a trusted partner in growth and success. Looking back on the last four decades of Advent serves as such a powerful reminder of just how far we’ve come on our journey. I’m proud of what we have accomplished together in this time, particularly our growth in Latin America, but I also believe this is just the beginning of what’s to come. Latin America’s economic growth trajectory is at an exciting point, and we are remarkably well positioned with our deep local sector expertise, vast network, and global reach.
40 years of growth. 40 years of partnership. 40 years of building our global scale and sub-sector expertise 🌎 As Advent marks its 40th anniversary, hear from our global team on our story so far and why we see an even more exciting future ahead:

Dynamic Speaker & Executive Coach I Career Management & Leadership Development | Women Leaders | Talent Development | TEDx Speaker | Media Host | Book Author, Feature Contributor, & Blogger | Empowerment | Culture
Celebrating my 2-year Anniversary as a Business Owner To say that time flies is an understatement. September marks two years for me as a small business owner. I am deeply grateful for all of those who continue to help me on this journey, and the many clients who have trusted me to serve their needs. I am joyfully celebrating the career I designed that plays to my strengths and honors my values. Here are some of the valuable lessons I learned along the way… 1. Don’t take yourself too seriously – embrace humility. 2. When you have a bad day, lift someone else up. 3. Be an advocate for others. 4. Be willing to ask for help and offer to help others. 5. Your best laid plans will change – be ready to pivot and be resilient. 6. Your value is not measured by the hours worked but the impact you make. 7. Play is a connection to creativity. 8. Rest is an investment in your wellbeing. 9. Prioritize time to think, reflect, and dream – this unlocks energy, focus and productivity. 10. Take good care of your body – your life depends on it. Onwards to another year of personal and professional growth and a commitment to wellbeing, wisdom, and wonder!
