Our contextual targeting engine has been enhanced by adding keyword hierarchies assisted with AI. Diabetes for example is a common word which appears in articles that are not really focused on diabetes but something else. But if the article contains dozens of secondary keywords like A1C, insulin resistance, hyperglycemia, Metformin and dozens more, the article is far more likely to focus on managing and treating diabetes and therefore more likely to be read by someone that has been diagnosed with diabetes. Bottom line, we all understand the more nuanced the keywords that are part of the page, the more focused the content and the more qualified the user and the higher their intent. #healthcaremarketing #pharmamarketing
