Last week, Eric Kueppers Küppers (CEO), Jochen Ehrenberg (COO), Karoly Schummer (EVP Global Operations), Marie-Christin Scherer (EVP Human Resources) and Lukas Bombik (Assistant to the Executive Board) visited our facility in Tunisia. The visit included an in-depth tour of the site and a comprehensive status report from all departments presenting the latest developments. 🏅 Importante riconoscimento per #Herambiente, la controllata del Gruppo Hera leader nel trattamento e il riciclo dei rifiuti industriali e urbani, insignita con il “Premio Innovatori Responsabili 2024” nella categoria #TransizioneEcologica. In particolare Herambiente si è distinta grazie al progetto FIB3R di Imola, il primo impianto italiano su scala industriale che, grazie ad un processo di pirogassificazione, consentirà di dare nuova vita ai materiali compositi in fibra di carbonio, favorendo così la loro rigenerazione e nuove applicazioni in diversi settori, come ad esempio l’automotive, la nautica, l'aerospaziale e il motorsport. Il progetto è stato sviluppato anche grazie ad importanti partner, quali l’Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna e Curti Circular Economy and Packaging Solutions di CURTI S.p.A. Costruzioni Meccaniche. ♻ Il Premio Innovatori Responsabili della Regione Emilia-Romagna, giunto quest’anno alla X Edizione, promuove la cultura della responsabilità sociale d’impresa e l’innovazione sociale. 📸 La cerimonia di premiazione si è tenuta presso il Tecnopolo di Bologna - Manifattura Tabacchi, dove l’Assessore Regionale allo sviluppo economico e green economy, lavoro, formazione e relazioni internazionali Vincenzo Colla ha consegnato il premio al Responsabile Impianto FIB3R di Imola Daniele Biondi, accompagnato dal Direttore del Master in Materiali compositi (MaCoF) dell'Università di Bologna, Prof. Loris Giorgini, e dal Direttore della BU Circular Economy and Packaging Solutions di Curti, Eugenio Guerrieri.
