𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑳𝑳 𝑭𝑬𝑬𝑳𝑺 𝑺𝑼𝑹𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑳! It honestly took some time for everything to sink in & in full bliss, I can’t genuinely believe 𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗬 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗 ✨And as poetic as it sounds, 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧. 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 (𝗻𝗲𝘁) 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 ₱𝟱𝟭𝟰 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲… not an easy feat! I can say I literally pushed my own limits - physically, mentally, strategically and even spiritually! But what really amazes me so much more were the people that stood beside me that also pushed theirs - as I contemplate this holy week, I realized I may own this memento, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲, it was not even for the sales closed! It was for the intangible things we gained as a sales channel & as a team along the way - the 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢 earned from the challenges we overcame, the 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨 after each hurdle, the 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩, 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 & 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 our leaders granted, the 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 from solutions creatively crafted both for present and (to avoid) future dilemmata, and especially to the more 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚 & 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 person I had become. Ironically, what makes it more special was that this was bestowed on a very special day too - My only daughter’s birthday! The number 1 reason why I do what I do and why I always aim to give it my best. (Isn’t that a blessing or what?) Now 𝑨𝑳𝑳 𝑻𝑯𝑬𝑺𝑬 are much more valuable than the plaque itself. Indeed, priceless rewards reaped as I close my chapter rendering service with a 💙 as Metro Manila South Luzon (Sales) Channel Head 😊

Developing people leaders & managers to build high performing, engaged teams // Developing HR, L&D and Coaches to develop others // “Find your Coach” service
When I hired our fab Ops Manager Rhona Morris, MSET, I knew I needed her skillset, experience and strengths to balance out my skills gaps. 💡 I get excited about new ideas and creativity 🗺 She gets excited about systems and structure ⭐ We both get excited about learning, development and progress Luckily, we've known each other for years, so there's a solid foundation of trust. Yet working together isn't always easy. I might want to go fast, she might prefer to do it thoroughly She might want to map out process, I might want to draw out ideas What's worked? Having regular conversations about using our strengths to focus on the work that's best suited to us - so we can be in the flow more often and so that we're more engaged more of the time and we get more done! (Gallup's analysis backs this up: People who use their strengths every day are 3 times more likely to report an excellent quality of life, 6 times more likely to be engaged, 8% more productive and 15% less likely to quit) It's also meant being self-aware enough to know when we're working to our own preferences, and not to the preference of each other (aka driving each other a little crazy). Having the honest conversations and learning to adapt to get the best from each other. This morning's co-working / planning session was 🔥 (in a GREAT way). So excited by what's cooking right now, and really looking forward to sharing more. How do you get the best from working with people who have complimentary strengths to you?

Omooooooooo!!! How did I survive 365 days on this job??😩😩 Honestly, it's been a long ride. I can't believe I'm one year old on this job. It's been an amazing year filled with challenges and lessons and I'm happy to share how I survived 365 days offering exceptional service to numerous clients. My major challenges were: ➡️ Customers providing incomplete information: Most customers find it difficult to provide all the information needed for resolution. ➡️Language Barriers: Some customers couldn't complain or make requests in English language. ➡️ Irate customers: These customers are so angry that sometimes, they are not patient enough to listen. ➡️ Poor network: This really affected my job because customers were not able to communicate effectively. ➡️ Work tools: These malfunctioned at different times and affected my level of productivity. What are some of the challenges that you've encountered in this role? In my next post, I'll be talking about how I overcame these challenges. Don't miss out!🤗 ---------------------------------------- I'm Deborah Archibong, a certified Product Manager that is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. We hope you started the year as strong as we did! But here’s a gentle reminder, it’s important to set some time aside for life outside of work too. Take it from our very own Deputy GM, Jin Young Jang, who tells us all about it in this video 🎤

Direct Response Copywriter for Beauty and Health Brands. I help you get more leads and sales through Sales letters and Emails.
Be Comfortable knowing you don't know. Comfortable, not complacent. Acknowledging you're not good at something is the first step to getting better at it. Be conscious of the fact that every step you take is aimed at getting better at what you do. So that when you see a job you did three years back, you'd smile knowing you'd do a better job now. But it all starts with knowing that you don't know.
