CX INSPIRATION
Thank you #BINA for inviting me, was indeed pleasure to talk to and exchange views and expertise with distinguished professionals and experts in CX field.
My contribution was about how #Slovenskasporitelna stands with its clients in difficult times of ever increasing fraud attempts.
Our approach in this matter is based on 3 key elements:
1/ #education of clients, campaigns (web, tips, tests, CRM and even ATL campaigns, videos...)
2/ elaborate #fraudpreventionsystem, which prevents as much as two thirds of attempted fraudulent transactions, authorised by clients, which would ultimately fall into the wrong hands, thus saving millions for clients yearly
3/ #cybersecurityinsurance for clients, which covers risks of falling victim to fraud attempts, which is a unique and innovative solution at the market (and yet very affordable one).
Fight with criminals on behalf of our clients is neverending, yet we were at least able to inspire each other 🫶
