If you are an employer who is planning to hire a dislocated worker, then you may be eligible for a wage reimbursement to pay for training/onboarding for up to 75% (50% if you employ 250 or more workers) for up to the first six months. A dislocated worker is someone who has been laid off or who has received a notice of a future layoff, who hasn’t worked for 13 consecutive weeks, or who meets other eligibility criteria.
