How does Ntiva, Inc. evaluate MSPs for acquisition? Thoroughly! But we start with the basics. Culture and leadership alignment are always the first considerations. Our goal is to grow with this company, and growth is only possible with shared values and aligned leadership. Next, we evaluate financials and strategic fit. We assess the financial health of the company and evaluate how its capabilities could fit into and/or complement Ntiva's existing capabilities. We consider factors including EBITDA, recurring revenue, margins, client churn and acquisition, talent retention, scope of services provided, and technology resources. We only proceed when all of these parameters are aligned for both companies. That's how we've been able to put together win-win scenarios for 14 acquisitions. #mergersandacquisitions #businessstrategy #dealmaking #Ntiva #M&A
