1yWilliam West, regional manager for CVS Store #1344 at 12th and Penn SE must know that the pharmacy does not answer the phone at all. I was on hold for over 2 hours and no one answered. For those of us with disabilities who can not just walk to CVS to speak to them we cannot get service. The online system is fine for something simple but for a complicated matter we are denied the right to pharmacy medical care. I was denied care until I called the main store and talked to someone at the check out counter who wrote ON A PIECE OF PAPER my name and number and WALKED it to the pharmacy counter. I am still waiting for a call back. Mr. West, surely you can do better than this.
